Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment and a 100% fee for no shows.
Due to short appointment times I have a 5 minute late policy. Please allow yourself 10 minutes of extra time for parking and restroom. If you are running late please contact me so I can do my best to adjust your appointment time/day.
As I do not prefer to charge for services not recieved I will take these case by case as I want to be understanding of anything that comes up. Please communicate with me if you have any issues via text, phone, email or socials and I will do my best to get back to you in a timely manner.
